Sharon Wallace is a massive advocate of Women in Leadership, and has already spoken at  BCS Scotland, RBS and a local Women in Technology group on this topic. 

Her background covers almost 10 years in the financial services sector and a further 11 years building a £1m+ business in the Direct Selling arena, and her talks draw on experiences from both the employed, corporate world and the self-employed direct selling world. Looking at the differences between leadership and management, it asks how can we tap into the potential in getting more women into leadership positions, where we are at now and where can it go.
